Erica Cerra, born October 31st, 1979 in Vancouver British Columbia is an Canadian Actress best known for portraying Deputy Jo Lupo in the Syfy series Eureka. Cerra, of Italian origin was born on the 31st of the 31st of October 1979, in Vancouver British Columbia. When she was a kid, Cerra appeared in many ads and fell in love with acting. In the following years her career took a break from performing. When she was 22, at the age of 22, she returned. Vancouver Lifestyles Magazine named her one of Vancouver's top five up-and coming actresses in 2005. Cerra played in the role of deputy Jo Lupo on the Syfy television show Eureka that aired from 2006 until 2012. The music video for The Michael Buble track Save the Last Dance for Me was also released in 2006. Cerra has been credited as having the lead roles in a variety of highly acclaimed and critically-acclaimed TV shows including Battlestar Galactica and The L Word. Cerra has also appeared in important film productions like Man About Town featuring Ben Affleck as Rebecca Romijn or Blade:Trinity which included Wesley Snipes. Her body and facial features was used as a model for Ashley Williams, a character from the Mass Effect video game franchise. Cerra also appeared as a guest star in Smallville The 4400 The Dead Zone Reaper Huff and Dead Like Me. On her other credits, she has appeared on the Canadian crime drama Cold Squad and Special Unit 2 as well the horror thriller The Collector. Cerra married Raffaele Fiore in November 2010.
Khondabi has written she believes that Joey Scribner Howard is her high school crush and is one of the mechanical engineers in the electric utility industry. Khondabi said she as well as Joey met in the middle of school at Greenwood Christian School and were acquaintances for several years prior to when they began dating when they were seniors in high school. Howard was a student at Irmo where he graduated Dutch Fork High School. He and Khondabi have been close friends for many years before they started dating. Khondabi has a Bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Carolina and is also an 2007 Emerald High School Graduate. Additionally, she studied entertainment and sports. Oakland Elementary's news show was known as WOAK. Khondabi states that after college, her first work experience as a news reporter the television channel was WAGT Augusta Georgia. Khondabi wrote, "I was a news reporter for six years." Following Augusta I became an anchor for mornings in Charleston West Virginia at WOWK and finally Columbus Ohio as traffic anchor as well as a morning news anchor for The local ABC and FOX affiliates.
